Responsibilities :

• Oversee the full management of the range of steel products manufactured by Manugypse;
• Master the standards applicable to our products and ensure strict compliance;
• Act as an internal and external reference for any question related to steel products;
• Keep all product documentation up to date (technical data sheets, marketing documents, website, ERP information, etc.);
• Identify and analyze opportunities for product improvement;
• Develop new products or optimize existing products in order to broaden the customer base;
• Develop new markets and acquire new customers to maximize the use of equipment and production lines;
• Contribute to achieving a growth objective of $1M in additional annual sales within a 2-year horizon;
• Represent Manugypse and its interests at ICTAB (Canadian Sheet Steel Building Institute) meetings;
• Meet with existing customers to better understand their needs and improve our value proposition for steel products.

Under the supervision of the operations director, the boom truck driver supervises, operates, and assists with maneuvers during the unloading of the crane truck on various construction sites in the region. As part of the role, the driver acts as a team leader on job sites.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise the loading of the truck and ensure safe transportation
• Ensure that the merchandise loaded on the truck is correct, in good condition, and properly secured according to standard regulations
• Perform safe unloading on the job site at the location designated by the client, operating the crane while avoiding material damage
• Ensure all Manugypse employees remain compliant with regulations
• Assist laborers, when required, during material unloading
• Supervise laborers during deliveries
• Perform any other related tasks

Required Qualifications :

• Valid Class 1 driver’s license
• Experience operating a crane truck (an asset)
• Resourceful, versatile, punctual, and courteous
• Positive leadership
• Availability for overtime
