Under the supervision of the Director, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the various activities assigned to their work team. They will be required to equip and support team members in their roles and ensure that production deadlines are met. When necessary, the Supervisor may also operate production machinery and/or drive a forklift.

Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the operator ensures that the machine to which he is assigned runs smoothly, and that it is always filled and configured for proper operation.

Responsibilities:

- Stack outgoing products on carts;
- Program the machine;
- Change steel coil on decoiler using overhead crane;
- Change blades and punch;
- Rotate rolls according to required dimensions;

Boom truck driver-operator

Under the supervision of the operations manager, the articulated boom truck driver supervises, operates, and assists with maneuvers when unloading the crane truck at various construction sites in the region. As part of their duties, the driver acts as team leader for their team at construction sites.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise truck loading and ensure safe transportation.
• Ensure that the goods loaded onto the truck are correct, in good condition, and secured according to standard practices.
