Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Delivery Helper is responsible for unloading trucks as part of a team at various commercial, industrial, and residential construction sites.
Responsibilities
• Perform physically demanding manual work, including working at heights, standing for extended periods, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending;

Fleet and Facilities Coordinator
Location: Manugypse Québec
The Fleet and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the complete oversight of preventive maintenance and repairs for the vehicle fleet, mobile equipment, and the Québec branch facility.
The incumbent is also responsible for developing and maintaining the tools and procedures required to manage material resources effectively and efficiently, supporting operations in achieving Manugypse’s quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Manage the company fleet, including trucks, trailers, forklifts, and other equipment;
• Oversee all fleet management activities;
• Plan, organize, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
• Ensure that periodic inspections are completed and that all legal and internal standards are met;
• Participate in the preparation of the budget, monitor expenses, and analyze maintenance costs;
• Plan and coordinate equipment refurbishment projects, including obtaining quotations, overseeing work, and performing quality control;
• Assess needs, prioritize work requests, and authorize the completion of required work;
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate service agreements;
• Ensure the quality of services provided by subcontractors, including timelines, costs, and workmanship;
• Review invoices, manage warranties, and maintain accurate records;
• Keep maintenance records, inventories, maintenance plans, and technical documentation up to date;
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend equipment replacement plans;
