Location: Manugypse Québec

Working under the authority of the supervisor, the forklift operator prepares orders, loads and unloads trucks in the outside yard, and ensures order and proper distribution of products in the warehouse.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Responsibilities:

- Validate pick-up lists (inventory/steel production and other products) with the plant shipping/receiving coordinator.
- Prepare inter-company transfer orders and position them in the right place
- Load trucks (Manugypse and external carriers)
- Complete shipping documents to facilitate data entry
- Unload raw material trucks (Manugypse and external carriers)
- Ensure the conformity of products received, identify them and position them in the right places
- Ensure the safety of stored stacks (indoors and outdoors)

Production operator (day)

Location: Manugypse Mirabel

Under the supervision of the production manager and the operator, the operator's helper ensures that the machine to which he is assigned runs smoothly, and that it is always filled and configured for proper operation.

Main responsibilities:

- Prepare carts and tables before production starts;
- Stack outgoing products on carts;
- Program the machine;
- Change the steel coil on the decoiler using the overhead crane;
- Change blades and punch;
- Rotate rolls according to required dimensions;
- Ensure conformity of finished product to established standards;

In collaboration with the sales departments of our various branches, the procurement coordinator is responsible for ordering the right products, in the right quantities, and having them delivered to our various warehouses as required, while ensuring that everything is done by the optimum date.

Responsibilities :

- Using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), analyze the items to be purchased and send orders to the relevant suppliers;
- Coordinate material transfers between branches;
- Ensure that inventory respects established parameters and verify the integrity of its system inventory;
