Location: Manugypse Mirabel

The Operations Manager plans, organizes, directs and controls warehouse and delivery operational activities. He ensures the application of and compliance with procedures he deems vital to the fulfillment of the organization's mission. He is an agent of change, promoting effectiveness, efficiency and innovation.

In collaboration with the other members of the management team, he determines the company's strategic orientations and takes the necessary steps to achieve them. He is committed to operational excellence and to making the company the undisputed leader in its field.


• Develop and implement the department's policies, procedures and strategic orientations;
• Implement, adapt and maintain the operational processes required to achieve the company's mission, while respecting its vision and values;
• Plan, organize, direct and control warehouse and delivery operational activities;
• Ensure greater synergy between teams and an integrated vision of all warehouse and delivery operations under his/her responsibility;
• Establish and maintain a spirit of inter-departmental collaboration to ensure operational fluidity and efficient transmission of information.
• In close collaboration with the sales department, ensure outstanding customer service during delivery;
• Foster and promote a culture of occupational health and safety in all actions implemented;

• Propose performance indicators to enable factual analysis of department results;
• Optimize resources used within the budget allocated to the department;
• In collaboration with the Finance Department, identify and evaluate future investments and take the necessary steps to realize them;
• Identify and grasp the threats, risks and opportunities facing the department;
• Maintain customer satisfaction by setting service standards based on corporate norms;
• In collaboration with Human Resources, participate in the department's staffing and talent development process;
• Implement and maintain a corporate culture based on organizational values;
• Set team performance targets and evaluate results.

Qualifications required :

• Undergraduate university education in a relevant field (management, logistics etc.) or other relevant combination of education and experience;
• 5 to 8 years management experience;
• Relevant experience in distribution and logistics;

Industrial mechanic

Location: Manugypse Québec

Under the supervision of the factory manager, the industrial mechanic performs maintenance and preventive maintenance on production machines, as well as repairs defects to ensure continuous machine operation.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to various needs during production hours;
• Read mechanical, hydraulic and electrical drawings;
• Assemble and disassemble parts;
• Repair defects;
• Perform general maintenance;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Provide training to production personnel in areas such as lockout/tagout, overhead cranes, etc;
• Respect health and safety rules at all times;
• Support production and other departments as required;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Work schedule :

Monday to Thursday, 1:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Must be available during the day due to the fact that training will be daytime for several months.

Qualifications required:

• DEP in industrial mechanics and/or electromechanics;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and machining;
• Basic electrical and welding skills;

Delivery Assistant

Location: Manugypse Québec

Working under the supervision of the warehouse and shipping/receiving supervisor, the delivery assistant unloads the truck (in teams of two) on the various commercial, industrial or residential construction sites

• Salary between $21.83/h to $26.62/h;
